The Wallonia Public Service for Mobility and Infrastructure has informed us that, as part of the work to raise the height of several bridges on the Albert Canal, temporary interruptions to navigation are scheduled on the following dates:
Lixhe Bridge: Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 June 2026, from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm;
Hermalle-sous-Argenteau Bridge: on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 July 2026, from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm.
During these periods, navigation will be prohibited beneath the bridges concerned and within a 50-metre zone on either side of them.
