1. Container Terminal (15 ha)

700 metres of quayside along the Albert Canal will be earmarked for loading and unloading vessels by means of suitable handling equipment.

2. Logistical plots (41.7 ha)

This area is designed to provide a home for European distribution centres, i.e. companies creating a surplus value for container cargo. Examples include re-packing, packing and assembly of goods,…

3. Port plots (14.7ha)

Liège Trilogiport covers 14.7 ha of port plots that are currently still available, mainly located to the North of the multimodal platform, which will be at the disposal of companies interested in waterway transport. The advantage of these areas is that they provide direct quayside access.

4. Service area (1.8ha)

This area will centralize certain tertiary services of the multimodal platform (banking, …).

5. Environmental integration area (25 ha)

Almost 25 hectares, or one-fourth of Liège Trilogiport's total surface area is to be earmarked for environmental and urban developments all around the platform (orchards, public gardens, cycling and walking paths, ponds with pontoons for fishermen, wooded area, …).
