Charges

Two categories of fees :

A. SITE OCCUPATION FEES (1) :

  1. Sites located behind the transhipment quays


    Basic fee : € 1.3014 /year/m²
    Fee varying from €1.3014 to € 0.6073 /year/m² :
    • applying solely to concession holder users;
    • depending on the size of the location occupied
  2. Industrial sites (back zone)


    Basic fee : € 0.4338/year/m²
    Fee varying from € 0.4338 to €0.2169 /year/m² : same conditions as in a) above.

B. TONNE HANDLING FEES (1)

  1. Operations via vessels (2)


    a. with site occupation :
    General rate : € 0.0868 / tonne
    Rate petroleum products : € 0.1301 / tonne
    Lower rates of € 0.0694 to € 0.0174 / tonne, according to the value of the goods
    b. Without site occupation :
    same conditions as above with 50% increase
  2. Operations via lorries


    General rate : € 0.0868 / tonne
    Rate for petroleum products : € 0.1301 / tonne
    Souverain-Wandre port rate: € 0.1301 / tonne
  3. Operations via carriages


    General rate : € 0.1301 /tonne
    Rate for petroleum products : € 0. 1735 / tonne
    Souverain-Wandre port rate: € 0.1735 / tonne

N.B.:

  1. The rates featured above are increased for mobility (36% in 2010) and VAT (21%);
  2. At the end of the year, gradual fee reductions are granted to concession holder users for each tonne handled during operations via a vessel.
